Two very cute chicks just left nesting box from Sammy and Jim, a yellow one and a violet one
Jaco and Jillo have 3 little pink wrigglers in their nesting box, pics to come soon.
I still have 3 budgies for sale, need to go because we have more budgie babies which grow up fast!
See the birds for sale page for details.
Sammy and Jim the budgies have started there second round of chicks this year, pictures to come soon
Jill the hen went broody, so my neighbour has very kindly given us 3 (probably) furtile chicken eggs to put under her. Now we wait

Sammy and Jim have started budgie chicks Round 2, with 2 eggs laid already.
Sammy and Jim’s two oldest chicks left the box today, and had fun practicing their flying skills. I also took the 3 oldest of Jaco and Jillo’s chicks out of their box and let them have a bit of a play in the aviary too. Here are pictures of all the new chicks enjoying the sun.
The chicks that haven’t yet left the nesting area are all healthy too
Feel free to comment
Sammy and Jim lost another, so they have 3 now, and Jaco and Jillo still have 5.
Very cute now, pictures to come soon.
All chicks seem to be OK, altough Sammy and Jim lost one, so that makes the totals:
Sammy and Jim 4 chicks >

Jaco and Jillo 5 chicks >
